Juan Aguilera MD, PhD, MPH
Director of Translational Environmental and Climate Health
I am a research scientist at Stanford University selected as part of the PRISM (Postdoctoral Recruitment Initiative in Sciences and Medicine). I earned my doctoral degree in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). While at UTEP, I served as the coordinator for the “Evidence-based Screenings for Obesity, Cardiorespiratory Disease, and Environmental Exposures in Low-income El Paso Households” research project where I applied my background in medicine and public health.
I will be joining the UTHealth - School of Public Health as faculty.
